GAPT is bridging the GAPs! GAPT was created to bridge the GAP between many of the other tokens out there by providing incentives for holding, locked liquidity, fair buy-in, and a community driven use-case. We have created a token whose primary purpose is to raise capital for a charitable donation chosen by the community. While working toward the donation goal, holders can reap the reward of redistributed tokens to their wallets and percentages of total supply burned for every transaction. A future goal is to add a lottery DApp where a percentage of the contribution is directly added to the donation wallet and another percentage is added to a lottery wallet.
GAPT’s top priority is to be a project in which raised capital is donated to a charity chosen by the community. After deliberating a method of how we could seek to accomplish this goal, we asked ourselves how we could make the project both fun and rewarding for the community. To accomplish this, we seek to provide holders a more stable price action through transaction fees (10%), which will distribute the trade and split between the GAPT holders, community wallet, charity wallet, and liquidity at the percentages outlined below. We want to encourage long term holders who can watch the project grow along with their token balances. To add to the fun, one of our roadmap goals is to create a donation portal in which one contributor (or more depending on community input) will be randomly selected to receive the Lottery wallet.
At the forefront, GAPT seeks to remain 100% transparent to the community. Initially, the community wallet will be locked for three weeks. After unlock, all transactions pertaining to the community wallet will be driven by the community and for the community, with the primary intention of being used for exchange listings and DApp development. If we determine that the community wallet has grown to an amount that far exceeds the expenses of community development, we will solicit the community for options, with likely courses of action being either adding it to the charity wallet, or adding to the liquidity pool. Additional uses of the community wallet include contract audit, website improvements, and marketing.
The charity wallet will be locked for one year from launch. Prior to its unlock date we will ask the community to provide suggestions and vote on one or more charities for GAPT to donate to. The donation will be live streamed for the community to see and participate in. Supplemental safety measures include a fair launch on DxSale. All devs will be buying in with the rest of the community. The liquidity pool is set to be locked for 10 years and every trade will generate liquidity locked on Pancake. All burned tokens will be sent to the BNB “zero” wallet which has renounced ownership.
Every GAPT transaction is charged a 10% fee, which is distributed five important ways.
- 5% is transferred to the 10-year locked LP wallet. Of the 5%, 2.5% is sold into BNB, and the other 2.5% are added as a liquidity pair with BNB on Pancake Swap.
- 2.5% is distributed as GAPT to all GAPT holders.
- 1.9% is sent to the burn wallet with renounced ownership.
- 0.5% is transferred into the charity wallet, which will be locked for one month. Prior to unlock, the community chosen charity (or charities) will be voted on and selected. The balance of the charity wallet will be donated in USD. Devs will provide proof of this transaction via a live stream and confirmations when complete.
- 0.1% is for marketing/exchange listings. The community wallet will then be utilized for marketing, exchange listings, and Dapp development.
A future goal is the addition of a Donation Portal via a new smart contract. The addition of the Donation Portal enables the community to directly donate to the charity wallet, while receiving the benefit of being entered into a lottery. The breakdown of donations is as follows:
- 80% of the donation is added to the charity wallet.
- 20% of the donation is added to the Lottery wallet.
The lottery wallet will initially be locked for one year. Upon unlock, one or more (if the community decides) lucky donor will be randomly selected to receive the full contents of the Lottery wallet.
